- Upon enrolling in a course, you will receive access to course materials and scheduled live sessions as advertised.
- We reserve the right to modify course content or delivery schedules if necessary. However, we will make reasonable efforts to notify participants in advance of any significant changes.
4. Payments
- Payment for courses must be made in full prior to gaining access to the materials or attending live sessions.
- Prices for our services are listed on the Platform and are subject to change at our discretion. Changes in pricing will not affect existing enrolments.
5. Refund Policy
- All course fees are non-refundable unless Coach El’s English Academy is unable to deliver the course as advertised. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
- No refunds will be issued for failure to attend live sessions or complete pre-recorded materials.
6. User Responsibilities
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.
- Users must not share or distribute course materials without explicit written consent from Coach El’s English Academy.
- Any disruptive behaviour during live sessions may result in removal from the course without a refund.
7. Intellectual Property
- All course materials, videos, and resources provided by Coach El’s English Academy are the intellectual property of the Platform. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Coach El’s English Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or services.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the course in question.
